As soon as you enter Quebec City, either by Highway 20 or Highway 40, there are signs indicating the direction to Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré.

Once you have driven through Quebec City, you have two options:
- You can take Boulevard Ste-Anne, which will take you about 25 minutes before you arrive at Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré.
- You can also take Avenue Royale, one of the oldest roads in Canada. It will take you a little longer, but it’s worth it!
