LIVING WATERS

At times a deep well, at times a trickling spring,
At times a vast ocean, at times a humble stream,
At times a mighty waterfall, at times a lengthy canal,
At times a winding river, at times the great St. Lawrence,
At times a threatening storm, at times a gentle shower,
At times a slight drizzle, at times glistening dew!
Countless ways to describe it!

May it be abundant or scarce, it is ever so crucial,
Always beautiful, forever fascinating,
A giver of Life and a guardian of Eternity.
So is Your Word, O Lord!
