The Secretariat of the Shrine organizes and co-ordinates the various services offered to pilgrims. The Secretariat serves as a link between pilgrims, organizers, benefactors, and the various departments of the Shrine. It maintains correspondence on a regular-basis with numerous pilgrims and friends of the Shrine. You are invited to contact the Secretariat to register groups, to request services for particular needs, or to offer donations. You should also contact the Secretariat concerning the Archconfraternity of Saint Anne, the Union of the Sick, or other associations connected to the Shrine.
The Secretariat is open during the following hours: Monday to Friday
from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
